Goldfrapp dive Head First into 2010!
Today Goldfrapp and Mute Records announced the release of Head First, the band’s fifth album and follow up to 2008′s electronic folk album Seventh Tree. With Head First the band promises “a speedy rush of synth optimism, euphoria, fantasy and romance.”
Rocket will be the lead single for the album which is scheduled to be in stores on March 23, 2010. Simultaneously Goldfrapp has also completed work on Christina Aguilera’s upcoming album and scored the John Lennon bio-pic Nowhere Boy.
