White Lies Debut New Song and Details of Sophomore Album

Last year White Lies revealed that they were under pressure to release the follow up to their debut To Lose My Life, and last week they finally announced the release of their untitled follow up on January 17th, 2011! The album is produced by Alan Moulder (Smashing Pumpkins, The Killers, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) with song titles that include Holy Ghost, The Power And The Glory, Bigger Than Us, Is Love?, Streetlights and Come Down. Thankfully somebody shot footage from last week’s Culture Collide Block Party in Los Angeles in which the band performed the killer track Holy Ghost, which you can watch below.

The band also announced a special London gig in which they will perform the new album, which was recently reviewed by The Fly Magazine, visit their official website for more information. Check out my interview with lead Harry McVeigh from last year HERE.
