Bjork to Unveil Multimedia Residency at Manchester International Festival

Last week I got email stating the following:

“Björk unveils Biophilia, a brand new music & multimedia residency at Manchester International Festival Three week residency includes live performances of new songs and the introduction of companion apps, invented instruments and more.”

…and I kind of wanted to die. Having recently returned from Europe and lamenting the fact that I hadn’t gone to Manchester, what better opportunity to see the historic city and this unique Björk multimedia performance? Saving my pennies starts now, I need to be there! Read more about the Manchester International Festival.

In further Björk related news, a special remix of her collaboration with Skunk Anansie on Army of Me is featured on the Sucker Punch soundtrack out March 22nd. Girls kicking ass to a kick ass soundtrack, sign me up!

  1. I love Bjork. Saw her at Electric Picnic a few years ago. Very atmospheric performances.
